TGAM v1.1 — Tracewarden Global Assessment Method
TGAM is Tracewarden's controlled operating method for international, evidence-led assessments of AI governance, traceability, human oversight, vendor controls and the capacity to reconstruct material AI-assisted activity.
Identity and role
One method, one defined function.
TGAM structures how an assessment is accepted, scoped, evidenced, tested, challenged, escalated and finally approved. Its purpose is not to create a generic compliance score; it is to preserve a traceable relationship between scope, evidence, findings, limitations and remediation.
Core operating logic
- Acceptance and independence are checked before substantive work begins.
- Information handling and jurisdictional boundaries are fixed before affected evidence moves.
- Scope, systems, use cases, sampling and exclusions are recorded.
- Evidence requests are linked to specific control questions.
- Findings distinguish fact, inference, unverified material and matters not assessed.
- Quality assurance challenges contradictions, overclaiming and scope creep.
- Critical findings and final issuance remain under human accountability.
GIAJ® 2.0 is Tracewarden's published governance and legal-assurance standard for professional AI use in legal and judicial environments. TGAM v1.1 is the controlled operating method used to conduct international assessments. This distinction is intentional: the public standard and the assessment operating method have different functions and should not be treated as interchangeable acronyms.
Boundary: TGAM is not an ISO certification scheme, does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal opinions, and does not convert a Tracewarden assessment into a claim of full regulatory compliance.

Why this page exists
This URL is the canonical public identity record for TGAM. The detailed operating manual remains controlled internal documentation. Publishing the identity, purpose and boundary of the method allows clients, reviewers, search engines and machine-readable systems to resolve the acronym without exposing internal assessment procedures unnecessarily.
