Privacy information for international inquiries
This page explains what personal information may be collected through Tracewarden's international route, why it is used and why restricted evidence should not be sent through initial contact channels.

Information that may be collected
Depending on the form, Tracewarden may receive name, role, organisation, work email, country, sector, high-level AI use, primary need, timeframe, organisation size and the information the user voluntarily includes in the inquiry.
Required and optional fields
Forms identify required and optional fields. If required fields are not completed, the form may not be submitted or Tracewarden may not have enough information to assess fit. Optional fields are not required for contact, although omitting them may reduce the context available for the initial review.
Purpose
The information is used to assess fit, respond to inquiries, determine an appropriate next step and maintain communication reasonably connected with the request received.
Recipients and technical providers
Tracewarden does not sell personal data obtained through the site. Information may be processed by Tracewarden and, where necessary to operate the service, by technical providers supporting hosting, forms, email, security, consented measurement or infrastructure.
Controlled evidence handling
Initial forms, email and messaging channels are not intended for privileged material, client-specific documents, health or financial data, credentials, security secrets, trade secrets or other restricted operational evidence.
If an engagement requires sensitive evidence, the channel, authorised persons, access scope, retention conditions and subsequent handling are agreed before transfer. Minimisation or anonymisation is preferred when the purpose allows it.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when the visitor accepts measurement. The implementation is intended to record aggregate navigation and conversion events without sending names, emails, phone numbers, messages, identifiers, documents or form contents to Analytics.
Your rights
A person who has submitted data may request access, correction, updating or deletion by writing to consultoria@tracewarden.com.ar, to the extent applicable.
