Terms

Terms for international inquiries and engagements

These terms explain the role of the website, the initial written qualification step and the conditions that apply before a professional service is treated as engaged.

Purpose

These terms govern general use of the Tracewarden international route and establish basic rules for initial inquiries, access to public materials and possible professional engagements involving AI governance, traceability, human oversight and defensibility.

Website use

Users should use the site lawfully and prudently and should not interfere with its security, integrity or intended operation.

Public materials

Public texts, models, examples, matrices and other materials are informational or demonstrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Access does not create a certification, legal opinion or unrestricted right to reproduce proprietary materials.

Initial qualification

An initial form, email or other contact is reviewed first for fit and scope. It does not by itself create an engagement, require a response within a fixed period or create an automatic meeting. A synchronous conversation is coordinated when there is a concrete object that justifies it.

Professional engagements

Any professional service requires a specific agreement on scope, mode of delivery, timing, economic terms, responsibilities and other relevant conditions. Until those terms are expressly agreed, no engagement should be assumed.

Sensitive evidence and documents

Initial contact channels must not be used to transfer privileged material, confidential files, credentials, trade secrets, health or financial data, complete case files or other restricted evidence. If such material is required, the access conditions, channel, authorised persons, retention and subsequent handling are defined before transfer and incorporated into the specific scope.

Jurisdiction boundary

The international assessment route uses a jurisdiction-neutral governance core. It does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal opinions, regulatory certification, ISO certification or a representation of full legal compliance. Local-law issues may require review by an appropriate specialist.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for exercising their own professional and organisational judgment before applying public materials to real decisions, systems or sensitive workflows.
